Tatsoi (Oriental) Mustard is an oriental mustard, forms dense rosettes of mild mustardy-flavored leaves. Also known as Tah Tsai. Tatsoi (Oriental) Mustard leaves can be eaten raw or stir-fried. Crunchy and flavorful, the midribs have a bright, celeryesque taste. Extremely cold-hardy. Tender and flavourful. Excellent for salads, soups and oriental-style cooking. Maturity is 45 days.
