Romano #14 Bean is an open-pollinated bean with 54 days maturity. Very productive. Bush type plant yields thick, flat 3/4″ x 6″ Italian green beans that are very flavorful and slightly sweet.  Romano #14 Bean is stringless when picked young. 12-24″ tall. Excellent resistance to rust makes this variety high yielding for fall crops. Excellent raw or cooked. Canning, Freezing, Fresh Markets, Home Gardens. About 90-125 seeds per ounce or 1,500-2,000 seeds per pound.
