Gourmet Italian 15-20″H upright bush type produces a heavy crop of stringless, flat, fleshy, tender green, 4 ½”L pods with white seeds. Roma II Bean captures the robust flavor of the old favorite Pole Romano Bean. Easy to pick. USES: Canning, Commercial, Dried, Freezing, Fresh Markets, Home Gardens (BCMV-BV-1, PRSV, R) Approximately 100 seeds per ounce or 1,600 seeds per pound. Nitrogen-fixer in the soil – chop up plant and work it back into the soil.
