Anaheim Chili Hot Pepper is an open-pollinated, heirloom that matures in 78 days. 500-2,500 SHU – MILD. Tapered, 6-8″L x 1 ½”W, medium-thick flesh, pungent chili. Anaheim Chili Hot Pepper produce deep green fruits that turn red at maturity. 28-34″H upright bushy, vigorous, long bearing plants provide good fruit protection. Heat tolerant. Excellent raw or for stuffing, frying, stews, sauces or roasting. Also, used for dried pepper wreaths and ristras. Resistant to Tobacco Mosaic Virus. Approximately 4,000-5,625 seeds per ounce or 64,000-90,000 seeds per pound.
