Rainbow Swiss Chard  is an Australian heirloom that produces amazing colors in shades of red, purple, pink, orange, yellow and white. Grows vigorously in all climates. Very tender with a mild flavor. Delicious in salads, stir fried or steamed. Good spinach substitute. Stalks can be eaten like celery. Harvest for delicate baby leaf use or allow to mature to about 18″H. Large leaves make an ideal wrap for stuffing with rice and meat. Makes a beautiful border for flowerbeds!
