Compact 2’H x 3-4’W bush produces heavy yields of firm buttery yellow fruits with a narrow, swan-like, curved neck. Creamy flesh is very tender, mild and sweet. Golden Summer Crookneck Squash turns deeper yellow and “warty” as it matures. Best when harvested at 5-6″L. Excellent fried, steamed, baked or sautéed.
